    A wheelchair users' review

    Date of visit: January 2024

I am a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: accessing toilets, hearing, moving around and speaking or communicating.

The hard floor makes it easier for wheelchairs. The bed is a block bed but it has a cut out for a hoist, which the hotel can't provide, you would need to hire one.Image of an accessible wet room

Absolutely brilliant! Stayed at this hotel just after initial opening to experience it. Heard good things about it, and it didn't disappoint. The accessible rooms are spacious and well equipped. There's a really nice wet room. We ate at the Skyline Restaurant and really enjoyed our meal. The room was an internal room but it had a pitch view screen so there was light from that. You wouldn't know that you're in a football stadium.
