Good
As we were setting off early in the morning, the terminal wasn't open when I visited before our departure. We travelled as vehicle passengers, so we only saw the loading car park before driving onto the ferry, but I was still able to gather some information.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
There are marked crossings with dropped kerbs leading to the automatic entrance doors. However, the crossings do not have tactile paving. Inside the terminal, you'll find a waiting area and a ticket office, although I wasn't able to access either during my visit.

At the entrance to the terminal, there is a drop-off area. An accessible parking space can be found across the road outside the Changing Places toilet, which is rather large. There are also two EV chargers here, though they are both standard-width bays.

Accessible Toilets
Good
There is an accessible toilet inside the terminal buidling, as well as one across the street near the Changing Places toilet - a RADAR key is needed in for both the main door and the toilet door. The Changing Places toilet is huge, as it should be, with an adjustable changing bed, ceiling track hoist, shower, Closomat toilet, and deep sink with a lever-style tap. There is space to transfer to the toilet from either side and grab rails on either side. There are no rails at the sink, though. The room also has wall hooks and a colostomy shelf is installed to the right of the pan. One thing that struck me as odd is the lack of red cords, particularly as the standard accessible loo nearby has one. The accessible toilet is large enough for powerchairs and wheelchairs but not scooters. There is space for a right-side transfer. The toilet pan has contrasting rails on either side and a contrasting seat. The red cord hangs freely but is too short. The toilet pan has contrasting rails and a contrasting seat. The sink has a small basin above, contrasting rails on either side and a lever-style tap.
