Wonderful cinema - please improve access!

Beautiful, historic 'movie hall' cinema has goodwill, but needs better disabled access. A able-bodied cinema-lover's dream, but less so a disabled one's....

Disabled Access at Ultimate Picture Palace

The access to the main entrance of the cinema and ticket office is level, as is the entrance to the screen and bar. There are two spaces in the main auditorium for those who wish to watch a film from their wheelchair.

Accessible parking at Ultimate Picture Palace

There is space for a taxi to stop directly outside the cinema and there are a few disabled parking bays opposite the main entrance.

Toilets features at Ultimate Picture Palace

The toilets are below the screen down a few steps. However, we have an arrangement in place with the church across the road. If you are in a wheel chair, please approach a member of staff who will happily walk you to the disabled access toilet.

Accessible toilet

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
