Location for a unique mixed ability yoga group for all. Lots of other activities take place here for disabled users. Cafe on site.

Very accessible venue. Power door and level access throughout.

Lots of disabled spaces but always well used. Large car park.

Several accessible loos. Large 'Changing places' toilet now open. (Radar key required)

Excellent
Friendly yoga teachers with extensive experience of yoga for all abilities. Sbectrwm Office staff friendly and helpful.
Additional Information
Yoga recommended for anyone who feels they could not manage a 'mainstream' class. Sbectrwm is a community enterprise centre, hosting Vision 21 training projects including: pottery, Community garden, Community cafe, Life skills, the paper shed project. It also hosts other disability organisations such as 'Disability Arts Cymru'. Rooms to hire.
