Excellent
Wonderful hotel, outstanding staff, always there to help with everything and anything. Accessible throughout, the hotel and great room with plenty space. Best hotel my team have seen so far for disabled access. Perfect for a comfortable weekend away.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Outstanding disabled access. Automatic double doors in the entrance with no raised flooring or bumps throughout the entire hotel. Wide hallways throughout, 3 large elevators. Ramps wherever required. Very spacious room with a full body ceiling hoist, double bed that splits into two single profiling beds. Panic buttons at floor and bed level and toilet chair.
Parking & Transport

There is no carpark on site as it is located on a busy main street, however there are side streets available that are accessible. Large enough street for wheelchairs with a loading area and flat kerb on the corner.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Great bathroom, easy to drive into and manouver around with wide shower area. Perfect for a large shower chair and carer. Panic buttons at wheelchair height as well as just up from the floor. Grab rails throughout.
Staff
Excellent
Staff were faultless. At hand 24/7 for anything you need, so polite and understanding of any circumstance. Very quick to correct any fault.
