Always good service
Visit date:
This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Walking Aid, Wheelchair, Hidden Impairment, Autism
Overview
There is one lowered table with a separate seat that can be removed for easy access for a manual wheelchair
Transport & Parking
There's the union square carparks attached to the other end of the shopping centre with bus and train station both at the same end as wagamammas
Access
There is a lift and escalator very close to the entrance of wagamammas with the entrance being level access. The entrance/exit can be difficult to get through with a wheelchair as there is often people queued in the corridor that has a glass wall on one side and has a glass door that is usually propped open but not always.
Toilets
Dull lighting and dark walls and heavy door in the corridor leading to the accessible toilet. It is a Radar key entry and usually very clean. The baby changing table is often left open so could make it difficult to transfer if you can't fold this up as it is to the side of the toilet
Staff
Staff are always very helpful and friendly
