I love the atmosphere in the new Wahaca restaurant in Edinburgh! It's a massive, colourful space with lots of quirky touches. Was pleased to see that accessibility was good.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Level access into the restaurant, would be made even better with a push pad automated door. Once inside you waited to be seated and there are two levels to the restaurant. Lots of movable seats, and a lift to upstairs. The restaurant isn't very brightly lit and is perhaps a little dim, but not too dark. Service is table service, and if you're in a hurry you can pay for your bill using the Wahaca app!
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Very close to an Edinburgh tram stop, numerous bus stops and very near to Edinburgh Waverley. Closest parking is probably beside St Andrew Square or in the train station itself. Wide paths with dropped kerbs outside.
Accessible Toilets
0I didn't use the toilets but could clearly see the signage to the accessible loo. It was directly opposite the lift on the second floor of the restaurant.

Excellent
Incredibly friendly.
Additional Information
The food here is excellent, I recommend the choices from the street food small plates!
