Assistance dog facilities

Assistance dog exercise facilities

Up to two pets or assistance dogs are welcome in each cottage for a supplementary charge of £25 per animal to cover additional cleaning. We ask that worming and fleas control programmes are up to date for the benefit of your pets and as a courtesy to subsequent guests in your cottage. If you are going for a long day trip without your dog, or need someone to exercise your dog daily during your stay, we can put you in touch with a local dog walking service. We have a thermostatically controlled shower adjacent to the housekeeper's house, where guests can shower their dogs after a lovely country walk if needed.

Other assistance dog facilities

We now have a dedicated 'Dog' page on the website which lists all items included in the complimentary 'Dog Basket' including, holiday tags, blankets and throws for the furniture, bowls, towel, treats and toy to keep. Dog beds and crates are also available to borrow and information on dog friendly days out and dog walkers, groomers and vets is also provided.
