    About

Eight award-winning ground-floor self-catering cottages, sleeping 4-8 people, designed with mobility, hearing and vision impaired guests in mind, in the South Downs National Park (sleeping a maximum of 54 in total). In the terrace of original cottages there area oak floors, non-slip surfaces in the kitchens and bathrooms. We have paved patios in the individual enclosed gardens making it easy to move around and 4 parking bays with accessible paths leading to cottages, swimming pool complex and event room. All furniture can be moved to suit guests requirements and floor plans in the Access Statement ensure guests know what to expect before arrival. Silver Birch and Woodbrook are both M3a rated and sleep from 8 people to 4 people respectively. Both have accessible wet room and accessible kitchens. Hedgehunter (M2) and Teal (M3) have wet rooms and Teal's kitchen is adapted for independent wheelchair use. Guests can pre-order specific accessibility equipment for free and additional items can be hired and installed prior to arrival from a local supplier as required. Bedrooms can all be made up as either twin or super kingsize double beds and they all have blackout blinds, TVs and en-suites. Skeldale (M1, V1, H1) is a self-contained cottage with a very large enclosed garden, carpets and central heating, 1 double, 1 twin and 2 zip-and-link bedrooms. Bathrooms are not en-suite but there is a very large family bathroom, separate shower room and separate toilet.

Hedge hunter is perfect for a family with 8 guests staying

My mother wanted us to celebrate her 70th with us all together in a beautiful and accessible holiday accommodation where we could self cater. The Wallops Woods cottages are amazing in a beautiful part of the South Downs. There are various different sized cottages all with hot tubs and the indoor swimming pool is shared by all 5 cottages. Fantastic circular walk which I managed in my off-road chair and triode

These are beautiful cottages, accessible. The owners were very helpful. The hot tub on the patio was a nice touch but could not be used if hoisted. 4 cottages from converted farm building. Beautiful views, very peaceful. We have visited twice already. Plenty of nearby places to visit.
