Waterfront Café Bar Bistro

Revisited the Waterfront bistro after many years. Some changes to this cafe on the river. It was very popular in the lunchtime sunshine. The car park was very busy with disabled bays already taken. Still managed to park up. There is a gentle ramp to access the bistro’s inside dining. There is a decked terrace with outside dining but this is reached only by going down a step so not easily accessed with a wheelchair. The tables on the deck area did not have umbrellas - there were tables beyond the decking by the water’s edge which did have umbrellas. Orders were taken at a counter with food and drink brought to your table. Being busy some of the menu items were sold out. The food, drink and lunchtime ambience were enjoyable. There is an accessible toilet though I did not use it.
