Excellent
Another fab week in our favourite place. Memories made to last a lifetime. Our group includes my husband who uses a powerchair, a grandson with autism, a grandaughter with visual impairment and two people with autoimmune conditions. 8 of us in all using 2 units one of which is adapted for wheelchair users.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Access everywhere on site to all amenities. Staff always willing to help without being asked! Lots of folks here using wheelchairs/scooters/walking aids etc. Lots to see and do for all ages in good and bad weather. Great access in clubhouse, no restrictions where wheelchairs can go. Very helpful staff.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Travelled in our Ford Tourneo Custom (Family in their electric Renault Megane), parking outside units.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Accessible loos everywhere. One in clubhouse is spacious and roomy. Only issue is its a baby changing room too so theres a changing table for babies but it folds against wall when not in use.
Staff
Excellent
Staff are amazing. Security open exits to let you in and out. Eg on an evening, they let us out of fire exit as its nearer to getting back to our accommodation. Ver accommodating of our autistic grandson in arcades etc.
