Great place with very good access to most attractions.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Entertainment complex fully accessible apart from the spa which isnt wheelchair accessible. Swimming pool is and there is a hoist. Clubs and amusement arcades are accessible to wheelchair/powerchair users with good roads around site.
Parking & Transport
Average
Parking alongside caravans. Can be tight at some units so check when booking especially if, like us you have a large w.a.v.
Accessible Toilets
Average
Several accessible loos unisex with radar access. Roomy with red cord alarm.
Staff
Good
Staff are great and friendly and dont over patronise. They are helpful and courteous.
Additional Information
Only complaint I have is that this year they have changed the wheelchair accessible vans for new ones. The grous being that now in the main bedroom there are twin beds instead of the double we are used to. Being wed for nearly 40 years we still like to sleep in the same bed! The rooms do have a hoist though. The doors are wide enough to accomodate a powerchair and have ramped verandah access.
