Excellent
Brilliant Staff, Very helpful in every way. A bit tricky on entrance as the counter is too high, but the staff made up for that. Toilets, changing, lowering into and out of pool, even the other customers were engaging, polite and courteous. I'll say it again, the staff are brilliant.
