They lose a star because they closed all of the lifts during refurbishment.

Disabled Access In and Around

Doors were electric and automatic although some did have buttons too to open the door. Due to all 3 lifts being refurbished at this station when we arrived at Watford Junction from Milton Keynes we had to be taken through a side gate and then taken by taxi to the front of the station to access the bus stops. On the way back towards Birmingham New Street we once again had to be taken through a side gate and walked to the platform around the outside.

Parking & Transport

Bus stops are located at the front of the station including the Harry Potter tour bus.

Accessible Toilets

Did not try any of the toilets on this visit but I did see signs saying there were accessible loos available.
