Wavelengths Leisure Centre is located just a 5-minute walk from Deptford train station on the Lewisham and Greenwich border. Working in partnership with Lewisham Council, our 50 station gym also contains two fitness studios, plus a third studio on the first floor. The refurbished leisure pool includes a dedicated parent and toddler pool. Our 25m fitness pool is available for fitness swimming and family swimming throughout the week plus the new poolside health suite with sauna and steam room cabins, is now open. We offer a huge range of fitness classes from Group Cycle to Zumba. Our first-floor soft play offers a great space for our younger customers to have fun and burn some energy. If you live on the Lewisham/Greenwich border then Wavelengths has something for everyone to keep fit and active in Lewisham. For general queries, please contact us on 020 8037 2527. Disabled Access at Wavelengths Leisure Centre

The entrance to the building is at ground level, with automatic doors. Once inside the building all ground floor activities are on one level. On the ground floor we have disabled toilets and changing facilities. The gym and pool are both on the ground floor. The gym can be access via automatic doors, one of our aerobics studio's is also located in this space with push pull doors. The centre has a pool which can be accessed via a pool hoist and the other is beach entry. Upstairs which can be reached via a lift has an aerobics studio with a push door and a softplay area.
