Unique and remote

The Whalebone Arch wasn't quite what I expected. It's definitely impressive but, for a tourist attraction, access isn't great, I expect due to the fact that it is at the entrance to a private garden. The arch is built from the lower jawbones of a blue whale that washed ashore in 1920. The harpoon at the top of the arch was still embedded in the whale when it washed ashore, explosive charge and all. I read that the charge exploded years later while it was being stored in a nearby shed. Luckily, nobody was home.
