As a vegetarian, I was a bit concerned when the group decided on Wingstop, so it was good that I did not also have to worry about how to enter the restaurant in my powerchair thanks to the open door and step free entrance. I was then pleased to find that there were food options other than chicken wings and had some fries, corn and a milkshake. The counter is low enough to comfortably interact with the cashier from a seated position and reach the card machine. (Cash is not accepted.) The menu is displayed overhead and there is also a QR code to scan for a digital menu that can be filtered by allergens. I struggled at times to understand what the staff was saying because the music was very loud. Once you have placed your order and paid, you are given a sign with a number and the food will be brought to your table. If you order a soft drink, you get a cup that you can fill yourself at one of two drinks dispensers. Unfortunately, the touch screen displays are not fully within reach from a seated position. I did not have to deal with this since I had ordered a milkshake, but if you needed some help, there were a lot of staff you could approach for assistance. We sat at a booth in the back and the walkway was large enough for me to sit at the side of the table in my chair without blocking anyone from passing by. The kitchen opens up to the back area with the booth seating, so there is quite a lot of noise and beeping in addition to the loud music playing in the restaurant. I enjoyed my food, but I soon hit the point where I was wishing for a little more variety. Everything is quite strongly seasoned and the fries and corn do not have as much variety as the wings seasonings. If you are the type of person who prefers their food a little more bland, this is probably not the place for you.
Disabled Access In and Around

The door is a manual single door that opens to the inside left. The handle is a long vertical bar. It was open when I visited and there was a security guard who had to step aside to make space but would have also been able to assist with the door. There is an incline with low carpet up to the counter, once level the floor is tiled. There are two areas for seating, the one in the front being mostly square tables with moveable wooden chairs with backrests but no armrests. The one in the back has a few booths seating 4 people each.

I visited in my powerchair, which luckily had a full charge, since I had to go up quite a steep hill to get there. There is a bus stop right outside the Wingstop, but only in one direction. I did not see any on-street parking, just loading bays.
Accessible Toilets
Good
Wingstop has an accessible bathroom. It is located at the back of the restaurant and unlocked with a RADAR key. The door opens to the outside left and there is no handle on the outside. The door is manual. The door locks by lifting up the lever handle. There is a horizontal grab rail on the inside of the door as well as two coat hooks at different heights. The toilet is on the left as you enter. There is space for a left-side transfer. There is a vertical grab rail on the wall and a moveable horizontal one to the right of the toilet and a fixed horizontal handrail on the wall to the left of the toilet. The flush is a spatula lever, located on the side of the cisternopposite of the transfer space. The toilet roll dispenser is on the wall left of the toilet. There is a red emergency cord to the left of the toilet that reaches all the way to the floor. There is a sanitary bin on the wall to the right of the toilet in the transfer space. There is a small wall-mounted sink at the back wall that has a tap with a short lever. There are vertical handrails on the wall on either side of the sink. The soap dispenser is mounted on the wall above the sink. There is a hand dryer mounted on the wall to the right of the sink and no paper towel dispenser. The soap dispenser and hand dryer are black on black tile. There is a mirror above the sink. There is a large footpedal bin to the right of the sink. There is no colostomy shelf. There is also a wall-mounted baby change on the wall to the right as you enter.
