Excellent facility, completely disabled friendly
This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Wheelchair
This facility has been made with the disabled in mind, it is easily accessible, the hides have wheelchair level viewing areas. There are paths that are easy to get around, all the facilities were perfect for my needs and made the day out with my son fantastically easy.
Transport & Parking
Parking was near the facility and easy to use, there were spaces
All the entrances and exits were wheelchair friendly, easy to get through, the paths were well maintained and I did not have any risk of tipping out of my chair due to uneven surface,
The toilet was clean, easy to access, next to the other toilets and had loads of information inside about the reuse of water, very informative as well as very easy to use.
Polite, helpful and friendly

Entrance was free for my carer, I had a reduced fee entrance and my son was reduced as well, it was easily accessible, the birds walked around my wheelchair, and my son, it was a lovely experience. The hides having accessibility really cheered me up, there was only one area (the tower view) I could not access, I may have been able to by lift but I did not check it out. There were two bird hides, with viewers that was accessible to me, I could look out of the viewers from my chair and use my binoculars. I was very impressed by this facility, it was obviously made with the disabled in mind
