Excellent
The reception space feels open and spacious. There is always somewhere to sit with plenty of space for wheelchair users. The only downside seems to be the unreliable doors that provide access from outside into the main foyer, however renovation work is due to start soon to resolve this (which in itself will be very disruptive in the short term).
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Good through out. Many lifts to visitor areas. Flat with no door dividers for wheelchairs to negotiate. Signs are good and people are available in reception to assist.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
at least 30 spaces out the front

Excellent
generally good but quite far away from the main reception relatively

I return to this place weekly, it is a pleasant experience and I look forward to it.
