Fountains Learning Centre

The Fountains Learning Centre caters access for all disabled students but the staff also makes it possible to access all areas of the library. And to top it off the learning centre also employs disabled staff which makes life as a student a little more comfortable!

I'm a student at York St. John Uni and since I go there a lot I see that it is accessible to wheelchair users and people with other disabilities. I believe it's a friendly environmet and it doesn't necessarily mean you go there to study. I often meet up with my friends there to chat and I've also seen people doing craft projects there and the library staff can provide you with different crafting tools. There are toilets for disabled people and a lift for the higher floors. Also, just outside the library there is a small cafe and there's available parking space for wheelchair users.
