York House - Isebrook Hospital

I went here with my mother as she was having an assessment. The only way to enter the building was 3 steps. I found it very difficult and took me 7 minutes to get in. I mostly use a powered wheelchair to get about, I had to struggle using crutches. Strange thing was there was a disabled toilet in the building. Hallways were a good size and getting in and out the room was easy. The building really needs a ramp, on asking the staff there are no plans to have one.
