Enjoyable meal with the range of Italian foods offered by Zizzi restaurants. There are steps inside the main entrance to the Zizzi Guildford (which we knew before) so one of my party went inside to request a staff member to allow access via the side gate that leads to an accessible entrance at the back of the restaurant. Our table was easily reached from this entrance. There is an accessible toilet at the restaurant. Staff were very helpful and attentive.
