Excellent
I hadn’t been since I was a kid but loved it!! It’s a big site so make sure you leave plenty of time… favourite bit was seeing the penguins up close…
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Accessibility has obviously been thought about - the paths are step free and there’s good signage throughout. There are different routes that you can take around the zoo. At the entrance there is a stand where you can hire mobility vehicles. There are lots of different enclosures and the accessibility is different with them all but good! For example the viewing area tiger enclosure is raised but as well as steps there is ramped access and lift access.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
We parked just outside where there are parking meters. I think there are some blue badge spaces if you get in contact with them. The zoo is in Regent’s Park so there are lots of public transport options nearby.

Lots of accessible toilets around the zoo and a changing places!

All the staff that we met were super helpful!
