Euan's Guide AI Policy

Can I use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to write my Euan’s Guide review?
Yes. At Euan’s Guide we recognise the value of AI as an accessibility tool and welcome its use to support users in writing disabled access reviews as long as reviews include useful access information.
We know that many people use AI for accessibility purposes, such as for help with spelling, grammar, or structuring thoughts. Tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Claude can be helpful, especially if you find writing difficult, or if English is not your first language. These tools can support you with writing reviews and save time.
However, AI can produce content that is too general or does not capture your personal experiences, such as how the accessibility at the venue made you feel or how it impacted your visit. Your review should be true to life and mention what worked well and what could be improved.
Adding details about your own experience will make your review more valuable to others and makes clear what you think about disabled access at the places you’ve been.
This is the same policy we have for all Euan’s Guide reviews—they must include first-hand disabled access information that will be useful to our community.
We encourage you to use AI as a tool to support your writing, but please make sure that your completed review gives an accurate reflection of your visit and the disabled access.
Happy reviewing! 😊
