Good
200 Degrees is a cool, calm coffee spot close to New Street Station. They operate a coffee shop and a barista academy, so you know you are getting good coffee. This is a short bonus review, written while enjoying a Spanish Latte.
Disabled Access In and Around

I had a little bit of trouble getting into the building as the front door opens outwards onto the street. I was spotted by a member of staff in the end, but it is a little frustrating that there was not a bell or some way to indicate my arrival. Half of the shop is downstairs, to the rear as you enter, but there are a few tables with seats that can be moved on the ground floor. The accessible toilet is also in this same area. I was able to see the food on offer in a cabinet as I came into the shop, though I had to reach up with my phone to make payment as there is no lowered counter. The signage shows that toilets are downstairs or to the left when on the ground floor. It would be helpful if there was a symbol to indicate the toilet to the left is an accessible toilet. For those who prefer it, you can order at your table using a QR code. There is even a code in the toilet you can scan to order to your table while you are... otherwise occupied.
Accessible facilities: Seating at regular intervals, Step-free access to most areas

I travelled to this place by walk or wheel
200 Degrees is close to Birmingham New Street Station and the nearby tram stop. There is parking at the station, but no parking near the shop itself.
Accessible Toilets

The door does not require a RADAR key and opens outwards. The door is light, so doesn't need to be automatic. On the right as I entered, I noted a baby change table, but there was a ladder placed in front of it. It didn't limit my access, but it's another example of an accessible toilet being used as storage. There are bins in the transfer space, and the emergency cord was tucked behind a pipe – which isn't especially helpful. There is a grey contrasting toilet seat and silver rails on either side of the loo. The sink has a small basin and rails. The toilet is quite small. It doesn't have a hand dryer, but a paper towel dispenser which is partly obstructed by the ladder! Plenty of room for improvement.

Staff
Good
The staff were lovely, personable and knew how to make good coffee. I suggested adding a bell or a Ring doorbell at the entrance, and they were very receptive.
