Does not look it from the outside, but you can enter via the building next door which has a wheelchair lift to get you up the couple of steps. Disabled parking spaces right outside, just across the road from the art gallery entrance. What made me want to recommend it was that manageress was so helpful and cheery ... so much so that we went back a second time after visiting the gallery next door! The coffee was so much better than the usual chains and they served a really nice cola (Karma?) plus tasty snacks. Had a disabled toilet - see photo. Felt much more special than just going to one of the chains.
