2 Seatown - an accessible and sustainable holiday cottage

2 Seatown is a single storey semi detached traditional fisherman's cottage in the quiet Seatown area of Lossiemouth in a stunning location with views over the river towards the dunes. The cottage was totally refurbished in 2025 featuring wide doors, no thresholds, a wet room shower room and plenty of space for a wheelchair. There is one bedroom with a king size bed and a sofabed in the lounge should you need a carer. We also aim to be carbon neutral, with an air source heat pump, solar panels, battery storage and heat recovery unit and an EV charging point.
