The staff were first class, I was actually going to jump on the train at the start because my train was about to leave because the staff from Keith hadn't got a ramp so I could get in but the staff on the train got off the train and dealt with the situation themselves by telling me not to worry, that they will make the train wait so I got on the train with great accessible seats. On the way back from Aberdeen to Keith I asked the staff if i could us the accessible toilet because there was a lot of people standing up and he moved everyone and got me to the toilet. Very helpful staff!
