Overview
This was the first time I'd booked ahead to rent a scooter on holiday. and it went so well I'm eager to do it again. Accessible Madrid were helpful over email before I went and responsive when I needed to call them about something when I was in the city. I thought their charges were reasonable and the delivery and pickup of the scooter at our hotel went well.
Transport & Parking
Accessible Madrid delivered my rented scooter to our hotel and gave useful advice on how to use buses and metro trains.
Access
We didn't even have to go into the Accessible Madrid shop, because they delivered the scooter to our hotel.

Helpful, and good English spoken via email and on the phone
