Clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment, helpful staff, excellent location
We had a wonderful, comfortable stay in a two bedroom apartment suite here, in a perfect location for access to the city, just off Gran Vía. It is accessible with step free access from the street, a lift and room to get my mobility scooter in and out of the apartment. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English.
We stayed in the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, without the accessible bathroom. It had a walk-in shower so I had what I needed. The kitchen had a hob, microwave, family size fridge and small freezer, kettle and coffee machine.
I looked at the double deluxe accessible apartment and took some pictures for this review. Their website photos are a bit better than mine:

We booked this place on the day after turning up to our booked aparthotel to find I couldn’t get the scooter over the threshold. In the process of looking at others across the city, it’s important to ask whether there are steps into the building because a lot of places considered their apartments accessible because they had a lift, despite not being able to get inside.
