You cannot book wheelchair taxis on the app so I had to book through their website. You can pay via card if you book on their website. They also answer emails quickly and let you book in advance (other taxi companies don't allow booking).
Parking & Transport
Good
They are a door to door taxi service. They have two different kinds of wheelchair accessible vans according to website. If your wheelchair is tall you may need to remove headrest. Leave plenty of time so that you can be strapped into the space.
