I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment and moving around.

Overall Rating

Excellent

Level access from High Street through automatic doors, ramp access from rear carpark with automatic doors, long corridor with tiled floor, further automatic door into store. Well laid out even in run up to Christmas it's not overcrowded with boxes. Helpful staff that will reach products for you or pack your bag if needed. Customer toilets including 'disabled' toilet.

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

Could maybe do with a seat for anyone walking from rear doors along corridor. Automatic doors, good layout easy to see products and signs

Parking & Transport

Excellent

Bus stop right outside. Car park near front doors off of High Street, car park at rear of shop with disabled parking spaces.

Accessible Toilets

Excellent

Not a changing place but an accessible toilet for wheelchair users or those with sticks

Staff

Excellent

Very helpful at reaching items, finding items and help with packing.
