It’s always a bit challenging when you enter a store and you can’t see what you want, don’t know where to go, or who to ask. Apple do well on this front as they have people at the entrance who meet and greet you. If you need to venture upstairs they will tell you where the lift is or if you need help with the doors; lend you hand. If you’ve ordered something online for collection they bring it to you rather than you having to hunt down a collection point.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
It was easy to move around the store and see everything I wanted. Visiting upstairs for the accessories was easier than anticipated. A lift at the back of the stool takes you up to the next floor. Getting in the front door was easy, even in bad weather, as the meet and greet hosts step forward and open the door for you.
Parking & Transport
Good
Very close to Waverley Railways Station which is just across the road. For buses, there are stops outside the store and across the road for the opposite direction. The tram stop is just around the corner in St Andrew Square.
