This was a nice restaurant with some beautiful decorations. It felt well-spaced and they had an accessible toilet that was easy to get to. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious.
Disabled Access In and Around

There was a set of heavy, glass double doors to enter. I struggled with these as I was worried about damaging the glass, but someone came to help me as I entered and a member of staff helped me when I left. I had to wait to be seated but the staff member who sat me made sure I was comfortable with the table I was placed at. Some of the tables had wooden chairs that could be moved and along the back wall there was a padded bench seat with tables along it. There was a small section of seating up a step towards the back of the restaurant. Food was ordered via a member of staff. There were no alternative formats in use.

There is no parking for this restaurant. There are some public car parks close by, such as The Strand car park which is roughly 150 metres away, and St David’s multi-storey car park which is roughly 300 metres away. There is a bus stop 75 metres down the road called Wind Street.

There was an accessible toilet in the centre of the restaurant, close to the bar. It was brightly decorated inside, but it was quite cramped. On the left as you entered was a mobile baby-changing table. Behind this was a bin for nappies and other waste. These two items took up all the transfer space that might have been available. The toilet had a height-adjustable grab rail, a vertical grab rail and a horizontal grab rail. The toilet paper dispenser was above the horizontal grab rail. The flush was a simple lever which was mounted on the cistern. It was placed on the same side as the transfer area so you did not have to reach across the toilet to use it. In front of the toilet was a small sink with a single tap on the left. The tap was manually operated and had a simple handle which seemed like it could be operated with a fist or elbow. The tap twisted to control both the temperature and flow of the water. A vertical grab rail was on the left of the sink and above the sink was a manual soap dispenser. On the right of the sink was an automatic hand dryer. An emergency red cord was hanging free by the sink. However, it only reached the sink height so it would potentially be too high if someone was on the floor.
