The half star is for the lovely lady on reception. I had to stay here a few times for work, and it was awful. They have no accessible rooms for single people so instead of giving me the one accessible room they had, the management put me on the top floor next to the lift. With my mobility aid, I couldn’t even get into the bathroom, and if there was a fire, there was no evacuation plan for me. The next time I booked the accessible room and all the red cords were tied up. The bathroom railings were stuck and they had turned off the radiator. Avoid this place at all costs.
