BEAR Uttoxeter

The journey started here: two local entrepreneurs with a clear passion for coffee and a great love for their sleepy little hometown. Situated in a once iconic retail store which lay derelict for over 5 years, BEAR finally found bricks and mortar and opened to the public on 31st January 2016. The launch night saw the coffee shop open its doors to over 350 locals queuing the length of the High Street, and we’ve been serving them beautifully crafted speciality coffee ever since. Since the opening of our flagship store, BEAR has gone from strength to strength, gaining a large community of fantastic, loyal customers, and quickly ranking as one of the town’s best coffee, food and bar venues. Our hearts and souls have been poured into this place, and its unpredictable growth has allowed us to expand, now spreading the coffee love to Derby… and beyond!
