Excellent

An all round excellent experience! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much thought had been put into accessibility. Firstly, there was a separate entrance for accessible ticket holders. The street that this entrance was on was used for accessible parking. The staff were brilliant and put cones two meters behind our vehicle to ensure that the ramp could be used. The dip to get on the pavement was about 50 yards from where we parked and a member of staff walked us from the car to there and when we were leaving they did the same. From the accessible entrance, there was a pathway that was closed to other concert goers. This path had plastic on the grass as it had been raining and took us straight to the viewing platform. We were to the side of the stage but still reasonably close. The staff really made our experience so easy, they went for food, drinks and merchandise so we didn’t have to leave the safety of the platform. Within the platform area were a series of toilets. Some were portaloos but they also had a Mobiloo changing places toilet. I would highly recommend attending a concert here!
