Although the actual market is flat with good access the disabled toilet was a disaster. Although it was controlled by a RADAR key the door would not lock from the inside. It was like it had been painted so the lock would not come out making the door unlockable. I managed to push my mobility scooter to the door so it wouldn't open if another user came to use it. This however made it difficult for me to get to the toilet as I didn't have my crutches with me. Very disappointed as this is supposedly Wirral Borough Council owned.
