Overview

When we set off to our recent holiday from Birmingham Airport we asked for assistance for Debbie as she had a bad back. The staff were brilliant and Debs would NOT have managed without the assistance. HOWEVER, as you can see on the card it shows the ear with a T...I asked the lady at the counter to turn on the loop, as behind her on the wall was the pictograms from this card. The response "What’s a loop?" after remaining calm and explaining how a loop system would help me, they promised that a loop would be fitted ASAP. Could anyone who is going to use the airport and wears a hearing aid remind the staff of their promise? I will check next time we are travelling through..TA

We used the Valet drop off system, I didnt use the desk so cannot comment about accesabilty

Signage was excellent, Debbie needs were taken care off, however there wasn't a loop system available and I couldn't hear the instructions given to my wife
