I attended a study day at Bolton museum. Access was via a ramp adjacent to the front door. All floors were accessible via a very efficient lift. The lecture theatre has one tier of seating which is step free and one wheelchair space. In the museum itself the aisles were wide and all exhibits easy to access. The one downside was that all accessible toilets were kept locked and required a radar key, ( I hadn’t taken mine with me) so you need to ask to use them.
