Boswell Farm offers seven 4 Star graded, Gold Award Cottages set in a beautiful valley, sat within it's own land, providing peace and tranquillity yet only 2 miles from the sea at Sidmouth. We have one cottage Mill House which has, for those with mobility issues NATIONAL ACCESSIBLE SCHEME (M1), Mobility Grading by Visit Britain.

Mill House offers Visit Britain grade one on their National Accessability Scheme. There are ground floor facilities so guests only need to go up one step which has a handrail. There are no steps around the estate but by nature of the countryside and a country property the ground can be uneven.
