Overview
βΏ Rolled into Bristol Zoo Project in style today with my EtechMobility Y20 Luxe! Hereβs the accessibility lowdown: π ΏοΈ 20 Blue Badge spaces within 25m of entrance π Lowered kiosk window on arrival 𦽠4 manual wheelchairs to borrow ποΈ Shop door 110cm wide (till not lowered) side gate exit available π€οΈ Ramps & some paths bumpy/steep, natural trails smoother π Lemur walk-through doable in a chair, but need 2 people for gates π» Accessible toilets + gender-neutral options, space for carer πΊοΈ Hearing loop, social story, sensory map available π¨ Visual fire alarms, charging point for mobility aids, fridge for meds π¬ Staff trained in disability awareness, some with BSL skills πͺ Plenty of rest points & quiet spaces π Trained assistance dogs allowed β Great effort overall but smoother paths would make it brilliant!
