This shop has an outstanding selection of second-hand books, DVDs and CDs. My visit was spoilt only by a member of staff.
Disabled Access In and Around
0The entrance is step-free and almost all parts of the shop are easy for a wheelchair user to navigate, except two sets of bookcases near the entrance, which form little alcoves difficult for a wheelchair user to reach.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Streatham Hill and Streatham stations are fully step-free and are nearby. Zillions of buses routes serve Streatham High Road, too many to list here.
Accessible Toilets
0There are no customer toilets of any kind, not even for guinea pigs.
Staff
Poor
The one member of staff I interacted with, a portly bespectacled middle-aged man, was frankly rude: brusque, cold, unaware of the existence of the words "please" and "thank you". This is emphatically not good customer service. A rather disagreeable encounter.
