Overview

Entrance into the pet shop is step free wide door with plenty of turning space in the entrance area. However then there is a step without room for a safe ramp to be positioned. However the owner has gone above and beyond to try and cater for his customer with mobility issues. He will go and get anything and everything for you to look but has also designed a website so all items can be viewed from home or on a tablet within the shop. The owner is also incredibly knowledgeable and when my assistance dog (retired) went off her food he was so helpful, having made his own food for his own dog - both wet and dry and my dog is now happily eating and back to her old energetic self. His raw dog treats are amazing value and less than half the price I was paying in a market for her rabbit ears. Also he will deliver to any local customers after work on the day u order (or day after if late) and has a national online delivery service. I know this isn't a usual Euan guide review but may of us have pets and this small independent pet shop in my village is so amazing and helpful. Now he is sending orders nationwide and is so understanding with email phone or online orders available for those who cannot go into the shop. Also his prices are really competitive which can often be a huge issue especially in today's issues with the cost of living and how important our pets, support and assistance animals can be for us not only physically but mentally too.

Transport & Parking

Parking v close by I a small car park or on road in front however at weekend this can b very busy

Access

Easy access into shop but only first area however onwer and other staff are amazing and so willing to assist with website available if prefer to browse that way

Toilets

No toilets for anyone - however accessible toilets less than 100m away at Matthews hall (wheelchair toilet available for all rather than just patrons) not a changing places facilities

Chris the owner is amazing and so are any others who I've seen spoken to in the past
