Located in the heart of the city centre, Bull Street Tram Stop is ideal for hitting the shops, grabbing a bite to eat, or hopping on a train at Snow Hill station.

    Disabled Access In and Around

This tram stop’s a little different from the others – it sits right in the middle of the road, with platforms on either side. There’s a short ramp up to both, and you’ll find ticket machines on platforms 1 and 2. Each side has wooden seats with metal armrests under the shelters, and level boarding is available on both platforms. There are clearly marked areas for disabled passengers, along with tactile paving at the edges where the tram meets the platform. The ticket machines are at a good height for wheelchair users, though there’s no Braille or headphone jack. There is a help point button with Braille markings and a working induction loop.

If you're coming via New Street Station, you can catch the tram just outside and ride it straight here. The nearest car park is at Snow Hill Station, about 160 metres away, which has 863 spaces and offers free parking for Blue Badge holders. Snow Hill’s also the closest train station to the tram stop.

    Accessible Toilets

Snowhill station has an accessible toilet, however, it's a bit of a headache to get to as you have to go through the barriers (staff were happy to let me through without a ticket) take the lift down a level, go to the end of the platform, take another lift, cross the platforms and take another lift to get to the platform with the accessible toilet.
