Overview
Wheelchair access was simple enough.
Transport & Parking
Bus stop was outside Burton Train Station, about 10 minutes walk away. There were disabled bays outside but they were only basic, no markings to make sure people don't park too close.
Access
The doors appeared to be electric but the buttons didn't work. Doors were heavy. Access was all level so could get in using my power chair. Signs were in a larger print.
Toilets
Toilet was spacious with enough space to turn and enough space for a carer too. Baby changing facilities were also located in the toilet. Grab rails around toilet and sink were not of a contrasting colour. There was a mirror low enough to see into but no bag hook. Toilet had space to transfer on the left. Didn't see an adult changing places toilet.
Staff
There were no staff available to assist with opening the front doors.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Improvement could be having the electric door openers functioning. I'm not sure if they were broken or if it was just due to the event not being during a week day. I've emailed them to ask.
