This place really good for accessibility, would be even better if they fixed the potholes, my mums electric wheelchair couldnt get over some of them and found them hard to navigate apart from that it was amazing, clean and tidy, felt safe walking around at night. Also was close to the complex and the host albert in the coral beach restaurant was lovely, willing to reserve us a table every day for easy access, also anthony helped my mum alot to fix her wheelchair ball and helped sort her wheelchair, plenty red cords everywhere in the accomodation and in the entertainment venues the red cords were free flowing, in the dining room the staff were willing to help my mum with her food and helping make sure sue had everything she needed! This place is absolutely amazing for disabilies just the pot holes could do with being fixed, weve booked again as we loved it!

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
This was absolutely amazing we got told to park opposite our accomodation however when we got into the park we noticed we had a private disabled parking bay! It was behind the apartment so was easy to access and easy to get to the apartment from the car!

The red cord was free flowing in the entertainment complex toilets, there was 2 red cords in the accomodations bathroom one by the shower and one by the toilet, the one by the shower seemed short and was tied up however the one by the toilet was reachable amd reached the floor at all times!, also there were grab rails in the bathroom but looked to be tied up by a shoelace! (Probably the previous guests) the shower had a shower chair and the bathroom had lots of space for transferring out the chair onto the toilet if needed.

Staff were amazing we couldnt fault them! When we first went for dinner a lovely man called albert greeted us at the door and told us we could have a table it was a table for 6 but had absolutely plenty of space for the wheelchair for my mum, when we told him that was a good table for us he reserved it for us all week, it was good to not worry about the seating at all knowing we could always get the same table and not worry about the wheelchair. Also couldnt fault maintenance and the arcade team enough! My mums bouncy ball grip broke for her wheelchair so we went into the shop on site to look for a new one, when we couldnt find one a nice lady working in the shop gave us a bouncy ball we could use and told us to speak to maintenence about fixing it, we went into the arcade and this lovely guy anthony drilled a hole into it so my mum could feel better using her wheelchair! Staff were amazing couldnt fault them!
