Overall Rating
Good
This shopping centre is spacious with an entrance either side of the building. There is a good mix of shops within, including clothes stores, shoe shops, food outlets, banks, travel agents, book shops and two good sized supermarkets.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Automatic doors at the entrances. Ramped access to take you from the car park to the store or from street level. Inside is spacious and most of the stores are easy to access. The gym is located upstairs and I don't believe there is lift access.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
There is ample parking with blue badge designated parking spaces near both entrances. There is a bus stop just outside the centre which is covered by quite a few different bus routes. There is also a taxi rank just outside.
Accessible Toilets
Good
A fairly spacious accessible toilet.
Staff
Good
I found staff in stores friendly and helpful. There are usually staff located at the information desk, parcels can be collected from here which can be quite handy.
Additional Information
Outside of the shopping centre there is a separate McDonald's and Costa Coffee. Both have the option to drive through or sit in. Both also have their own blue badge parking spaces.
