Rooms are not really accessible. Beware of the bathrooms!

I have experience of challenges around: accessing toilets and moving around.

Accessible rooms.... not accessible. Doors to rooms very heavy for wheelchair users. Large rooms but had to move a side unit to get wheelchair in. Bathroom floor tiled and slippy, tiny shower cubicle with raised tray (a good 6 to 8 inches) so difficult for someone with mobility issues. Did have a fold down seat, but in such a small space it was impossible to use. Toilet low, grab rail was on left. Right side was a wall and sink so difficult to pull yourself up, especially with tiled floor! Disabled toilet on ground floor lobby had low wc, badly designed and grab rails were difficult to use due to placement. Not much place for a wheelchair transfer. However, was clean and radar key operated. Disabled toilet next to function room was very small. No space for wheelchair transfer and open to everyone, i.e. no radar key. Very disappointing. Reception area has no lowered counters, and bar area has no lowered areas either. Good breakfast buffet but if you are a wheelchair user you will need assistance to reach everything. Boxes have been ticked, but no real consideration given to accessibility.
