Channels Lodge

We stayed at Channels Lodge for 2 nights. Room accessible, but wheelchair unfriendly bathroom. However a very friendly manager took the trouble to come and ask how it could be improved and we went to have a look at their new disabled loo in their coffee shop which was brilliant. She says by next time we stay, it should be done. Staff were lovely and could not do enough to help and food at the brasserie was good. Because of the layout of the bathroom, it would not be suitable for someone in an electric wheelchair with very limited mobility. If you are on sticks, it would be OK. Wooden floors so easy to manoeuvre around the bedroom. 2 cords, thankfully not tied up!
